- I'm trying to understand WriteCream (WC) as this was a recommendation by my AI comparison of content creation platforms scoring better than similar tools in delivering results. Review score on AS also looks very promising. So, I signed up for the free tier to test the capabilities. But I'm struggling to find the right starting point because there are no comprehensive training materials. All YT video seem AI generated and not really explaining the process steps. The written help information doesn't deliver clear information either. What is the best way to familiarize myself with WC? I'm looking for clear and easy to follow instructions for my use case: Provide an URL or long unstructured text and let WC prepare polished social platform posts. Whichever content type I try - WC needs different input and has not option for instructions.
- I'm extremely disappointed to find that 'English' in the language dropdown is in fact US English, not British English as is the original language. And British English is not offered as an option at all - pretty shocking and unfortunately this renders Writecream useless to me (and indeed to any other British customers). I am also surprised that there is no language selector in the Content Editor, although I appreciate this would not resolve this issue for me given that British English is not available on your platform. I wanted something that would make my life easier, not harder by having to make endless edits to the spelling of the outputs. This is such a missed opportunity and one that could be so easily remedied. I see I am not the first to highlight this so it is clearly not a priority. Such a shame.
- Hi there, I had such high hopes for Writecream but I am sorry to say that so far it's left me confused and disappointed. I may be looking in the wrong places but I cannot find any comprehensive documentation or guides on how to use Writecream. The help center only has 8 articles (some of which are promotional blog posts) and the 'Tutorials' link at the bottom of the dashboard (https://docs.writecream.com/en/collections/6173526-get-started) returns a 'Not found' black page. Moreover, the dashboard has no links to other parts of Writecream, such as access to Lexi or the SEO tools dashboard so it's not easy to find them. I happened to find them myself by complete chance but I shouldn't have had to go searching for them - they should be linked clearly in the main dashboard. It makes me wonder what other useful sections are missing/hidden.
