Q: Backlinks
How am I involved in the backlink process. Do I get notification on which page we are linked, and do I, in return, am alerted to the fact if a link to another site is placed on our website? How does this process work? Can I reject backlinks on either outgoing or incoming?

Jan 1, 2026A: Hello,
Greetings for the day and happy new year!
I’m happy to clarify how Backlink Autopilot works
At the moment, users do not receive notifications for each individual backlink placement. That said, this is a great suggestion and we are exploring how we can add visibility and notifications in a future update. We are also looking into options such as whitelisting or blacklisting domains for both incoming and outgoing links
Here’s how the process works today:
1) Intelligent, Context-Based Linking
Backlink Autopilot is designed to work intelligently. It does not place arbitrary or random links. Our AI only inserts backlinks when the context clearly matches
For example, if your website is about fitness or nutrition, your backlink may appear naturally inside an article discussing workout routines, diet plans or healthy habits. It would never be placed inside unrelated content like travel, finance or entertainment
2) Controlled & Safe System
Backlink Autopilot is available only to paid users, which prevents abuse or spam. We also manually monitor domains added to the network to ensure inappropriate or low-quality websites are not allowed in the system
3) Natural Link Ratios
Our AI maintains a healthy text-to-backlink ratio, ensuring articles are never overstuffed with links. No page is spammed and backlinks are placed sparingly and naturally within the content
4) No Manual Outreach Required
Once your domain is added, everything runs automatically in the background. You don’t need to approve individual links or take any manual action. The system is built to prioritize quality, relevance and long term authority growth
To summarize, Backlink Autopilot is designed to be hands-free, safe and contextual, with multiple layers in the backend ensuring only high-quality, relevant backlinks are created
Thank you,
Robin

This is a deal killer. We are a nonprofit, so linking to random pages with commercial interest would hurt our credibility and cost us our nonprofit status.
Can I use the other features, host copy on our website and omit the backlinking? I like everything else about your offering, but as I said, getting backlinks to unknown companies without intentional approval is an absolute no go.
