I just bought Writecream and now I am checking out opportunities and workarounds. I didn't find a support forum, so I am going to post my thoughts here.

1. Content Research
After starting a content research I klick "Start Writing Article". Unfortunately nothing happens. The button seems to be dead. I logged of and in again and deleted browser cache but all these took no affect …

2. Feature Wishlist
When I start a new research, I have to choose the country and the language first. It was great, if I - as a user - could store my default settings, because in 90% of my daily work I am going to choose any time the same settings.

3. Generating Articles
When I create Articles the results are very. very. disappointing. Lexi writes competitors inside the article and doesn't look for whom the article is. It's like a not-briefed chatgpt result.
