Q: Website Limit

Hi, I love everything I've read about this deal and I'm an agency and considering the 5th plan based on your suggestion for agencies. My question is, you state only 5 websites for back links, this is only back-links or do we have the option to post to unlimited websites based on the number of clients that we have?

Is this "white label" by any chance?

Thank you,
DM

A: Hello

Greetings for the day!

I will answer all your questions

1) Website limit for backlinks vs publishing

The 5 website limit applies only to Backlink Autopilot. This means you can enable automated backlink generation for up to 5 domains under Plan 5

This limit does not restrict publishing. You can publish content to multiple client websites by updating WordPress credentials as needed. There is no hard cap on how many websites you can post articles to and it is purely a workflow and action based process

2) Publishing to multiple websites (clients)

You can post to different WordPress websites by entering the relevant credentials each time. Here is how it works:

First, create an application password in WordPress:

- Go to your WordPress dashboard
- Add a new user or edit an existing one with Author, Editor or Admin access
- Scroll to Application Passwords. Give it a name; for example "Writecream SEO Editor" and click on Generate
- Copy the generated password and your site URL

In Writecream

- Open the editor menu
- Go to Import / Export and then WordPress
- Enter the website URL username and application password
- Choose the content type, such as New Post, New Page
- Select publication status, such as Publish Immediately, Save as Draft
- Edit title and upload custom images, if needed
- Click Publish to WordPress

The article will then appear under All Posts on that WordPress site

We also have a step by step video tutorial for this process here

3) White label

At the moment Writecream does not offer a white label option. This is something we may explore in the future but it is not available yet

If you would like help setting this up for your agency workflow, please reach out to our chat support inside the dashboard and we will be happy to guide you!

Thank you,
Robin
