Yes, it happened to me my account was downgraded to a free plan. Though I did buy 3 codes and maxed it out on Appsumo back in March 2021. I went ahead and emailed their support team. They responded quickly and restored my account, probably some IT computer glitch or something. I am not technical at all, but I love using this tool. Never regretted getting it.

This scenario appears to be a deliberate injustice. We were led to believe that we would be included in future updates. Yet, the reality stands in stark contrast, with the new credit system sidelining our benefits, thus obstructing us from receiving said updates.
