Q: Has anyone else been downgraded to the free plan?

I had the same thing happen and they fixed it right away. I emailed them after 10:30 PM tonight and within a few minutes they wrote back with the issue resolved.

Yes, it happened to me my account was downgraded to a free plan. Though I did buy 3 codes and maxed it out on Appsumo back in March 2021. I went ahead and emailed their support team. They responded quickly and restored my account, probably some IT computer glitch or something. I am not technical at all, but I love using this tool. Never regretted getting it.

It was not an IT computer glitch. They were testing waters. FInally from last several months, most appsumo people are in plan similar to free plan.
