- Yeet was terrific. There are many websites that (for instance) offer youtube downloading, but SO many in my experience are crapware-installing "toolbar" BS that don't actually work. It got old trying to find the legit ones buried in the haystack, so it was wonderful to find Yeet, and they were very responsive when there was a problem. But now they're apparently gone. Anyone have any suggestions for alternatives? Also, super kudos to AppSumo for standing behind this deal and providing credits.

- As I read all these questions, I don't see any responses to the questions asked? That makes me think there is no help once you buy from this company. Is there anyone here who bought this and is the customer service spot on?
