This is not the first e-commerce or web-store platform I have used. But it is the only one I'd recommend (so far). There is a tiny issue with their log in page, but their support team (via Twitter DM's) is REALLY GOOD! They take a maximum of 12 hours to respond to your inquiries, and they are very polite and helpful. I was having trouble accessing my store after pointing my domain name to the store, and was considering refunding this deal for that reason; but I decided to reach out to them before doing that, and they helped me regain access! I am feeling hopeful that their level & care of support will continue even after this product "graduates" from AppSumo. I have had used e-commerce platforms from AppSumo in the past that have dropped support for their product in the months after.

So far, this product is awesome. It is SO EASY to modify the site to your liking. Not to mention it looks BEAUTIFUL and sleek and stylish. The published version of the site is also very speedy. Oh, and not to mention, it was SUPER easy to get my domain set up (I cannot say that about Storelax, the other platform I bought from AppSumo). I think that the AI feature is a nice to have, but the core functionality comes from being able to sell, and you can do that Day 1!

Honestly, I recommend getting the first tier and then waiting to see if you think it is worth upgrading. I am SUPER satisfied with the 1st tier.
