Q: It seemed that our plans had been downgraded.

I didn't sign up for a professional plan. I signed up for a business plan and now you have changed that name to 'Growth' and put us on the professional plan. Please advise as to why you have downgraded us?

Update as of 2025: I had an account that seems to no longer work. Why is this? The website has a new look/revamp. Were the AppSumo lifetime license members removed from your system? If yes, they were, what happens to the hundreds spent on this platform? If no, how can I regain access to my account?
The new plan fostered on the Sumolings seems to be a downgrade. I hope this issue is adequately addressed. I hope Mr. Rubaiyat will do the right thing here. Is the Tier 3 being downgraded now?
