Writing this review update as the software was great and had huge potential, however I had the unfortunate timing where I was building new campaigns for a client and they all errored. Support was quick to respond but stated it was a minor update and should be fixed soon (sept/Oct 2023)

A few days go by with no fix, reach out again and they state they decided to change direction and remove the campaign builder, ad builder and audience builder, to focus on purely optimization across channels (personally the lowest performing feature they had, still needed lots of work). No emails or in dashboard notifications about this major change.

They also downgraded all of the appsumo packages who were on unlimited to a middle tier package and removed a majority of the mark tag features. A clear switcheroo to screw over those who supported them early on.

I still can't get any updated tutorials or anything as all of their onboarding videos are still showing the prior main feature campaign builder which was great.

They seem to be going downhill fast with a very poor direction turn for the company and even poorer execution on notifying their current customers.
