2. If sign up for your FREE plan to try things out, would I be able to use the same account when adding codes for this AppSumo deal or would I need to create a new account with different email address?

You might touched on this point in some comments and reviews, but thought I check here as to how you plan to sustain the business with the unlimited files storage model even though I know, nothing is really unlimited. It’s all virtual because no one can do things unlimited in reality as in physical sense if you know what I mean. The 50MB per file limit sounds “real” 😉

1. Yes, it's live and you get it with 2 or 3 codes
2. Yes, if you test the free you can upgrade with your codes
3. Yes, the way we are able to do unlimited is largely b/c we don't do video. storing markups the way we do it is extremely cheap. There will of course be those few users that have thousands and thousands of markups so at some point we may have an archive feature that puts things into cold storage, but otherwise no. And the 50MB limit is on upload, not storage.

Hi again Layperson. Yes, we're confident. We've built the platform in an extremely scalable way. Incidentally, some of the decisions we've made on architecture make it more difficult to develop features and in some cases we simply can't do things that we want to do one way. But we've stuck to our guns on scalability to keep costs low so we can last. We can still build everything we want, but it can be a bit harder just to maintain the architecture. So yeh, we're good my friend.
