- Hi, Thanks for your help with my last questions. Adjusting the PDF page size helped, but page breaks are still problematic when converting HTML to PDF. Before purchasing, I have a few clarifications: 1. You mentioned it takes 3 credits to create a PDF. Can you confirm this is per file, not per page? If it’s per page, the pricing isn’t fair or justifiable. Very important. 2. Does converting an SVG to a normal image use 1 credit? 3. Page breaks remain an issue (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/woL6zT5P52GN In professional PDFs, content like boxes with text is usually pushed to the next page or spaced properly. Is it possible to generate a single long-page PDF without breaks? Some Chrome extensions offer this as a premium feature. I could manually adjust the HTML for spacing, but that’s extra work. Any automated solutions for this? Thanks
- Hi, I was quite interested in your products, a little bit excited about what I could do using your product. So I tried to convert a HTML page with some CSS and it into a PDF. The output that I got was each small paragraph turned into a separate page. Please see the screenshot in the link below: https://prnt.sc/uuxqui8jL2um There's no way to attach screenshots to appsumo otherwise I would've done that. I am genuinely disappointed by this. If the product was able to produce proper A4 pages of PDF without the constant page breaks then it might be worth investing in. But based on what I've seen if it's actually like this, then it's not worth it at all. I'm hoping you can prove me wrong. I would prefer to be wrong because if your product can work, then it is in my interest. thanks. Sye

Or does it vary by file size/complexity? 2. Are there different credit costs for dynamic templates vs. simple conversions? 3. Do API calls (e.g., image transformations, previews) consume credits? If so, how many per action? 4. Is there a way to preview credit usage before generating files? - You misleading the Sumolings as you sale different what you delivery. I thought to buy in your app but I'm get confused when I read some of your answers. 1/ Your AS sales page says "CREDITS PER MOTH" but in your answers you say 2/ " For lifetime (AppSumo) credits, there is no monthly reset — they’re a one-time lifetime pool. Whatever you don’t use simply stays in your account. Nothing expires or resets each month." They are absolutely different
- I see in some comments that custom domain has been added for "paid customers". Can you clarify who this includes? Do you mean your monthly subscriptions or are they included with any of the appsumo tiers? After all, appsumo purchasers are also "paid customers". Thanks.
