Q: Combining PDF and inserting Table of Contents
I dont want to create PDF, I have PDF's.
I want to make an e-book. I have multiple PDF's
Can I combine multiple PDF's to make an e-book.
And can I insert 'Table of Contents' into the first page. When I click on the table of content, it takes me to that Page.
Also, can I add header and footer to exixting PDF.

Unfortunately, we don't have a direct API to insert a table of contents.
