1) How long are generated PDFs hosted = available by the API request output link? How soon are they deleted on your side?
2) Do you allow something similar to merge method when working with html-to-pdf?
3) Do you allow something similar to replace {{variable}} with value passed to API when working with doc-to-html?

In short, my workflow would be to generate a single PDF from multiple files/templates after changing values in the corresponding {{placeholders}} in those templates. Is this achievable with doc-to-pdf? Html-to-pdf? And finally, how are credits calculated when using merge method?
