Sorry to repost, but I am confused with the answers provided to my questions below!
1. I asked about task (which you explained, thanks!), but you also mentioned credits, and these are not mentioned in the copy.
Are you saying that if I print a PDF that would consume 3 tasks, or if I print an image that would consume 1 task? If not, what is the relationship between tasks and credits, and how many credits do we get for the different tiers?
2. I don’t mean to be rude, but I don’t sign blank checks!
Why don’t you explain here (in black and white) what are the options and associated fees to get more tasks (as top ups to the monthly allowance) if/when required?

1. Tasks vs. Credits
A task represents a single successful request to our API, while credits determine how much of a resource is consumed during that request. For example:
• Generating a PDF uses 3 credits (but counts as 1 task).
• Generating an image uses 1 credit (and also counts as 1 task).
So, if you generate a PDF, you’ll consume 3 credits but only 1 task. Similarly, generating an image consumes 1 credit and 1 task. The number of credits you receive depends on the tier you’re on, and tasks are essentially a count of the API requests you make. There is no limit on the number of tasks you can perform—the only limit is the number of credits you have available.
2. Pricing for Additional Tasks
As we mentioned before, there are a few options:
• You can buy additional codes if we are still listed on AppSumo. You will be able to redeem the extra codes to buy more credits. The credits for each tier are explained on the deal page.
• If we are no longer listed on AppSumo in the future, you can purchase coupons via our payment links (which we will provide). The price will remain the same as the AppSumo deal. For example, if you’re in Tier 2 and buy an additional coupon, you’ll receive 5K credits, which corresponds to Tier 3.
• You can upgrade your AppSumo plan to a monthly paid plan, which will give you more tasks and credits. For example, you can switch to the Pro plan (paid monthly), which provides 20K credits.
