Q: Kudos for including whitelabel in T3 - sumolings love the spirit of giving!

To enable partner profiles, which I am assuming will provide access to individual brand where an inviting 'business owner' can have full access to the brand as stated above (inc. whitelabel experience) for $15/month per account.

Question in reference to 'Account ' which has not been used before on this page, so is it:
$15/month per agency (or T3 file), or,
$15/month per brand.

I am going to take a wile guess here, and if, it is per brand, agencies that end up picking more than 50 brands (extra brands are USD$100/month for 10 brands packs) then agencies are paying per brand USD$25/month.

It is not realistic to assume that agencies will mark this up and sell on its own - as a SAAS (markup will be negligible), rather it will be packaged part of their own services to add value. Agencies that offer done for you social media services will use an app that offers more control and flexibility to posts generated, which Marky is not there yet - if ever. Marky's focus on simplicity means it is better suited for use cases where agencies want their customers to be more hands on.

So overheads have increased for agencies that choose to leverage LTD's, in this case Marky, to add value to their offerings which in turn add value to their customers.

Which will it be (in USD):
$15/month per agency (happy and apologies for rant), or,
$15/month per brand (whiplash and gone to ICU - refund after recovery)

I appreciate your time.

A: Hey Sumo_from_DownUnder! Thanks for the message. I am trying to understand exactly here the question. Not sure I am but I'll give it my best shot. It will be a +$15 add-on per user per brand per month. So if I have Jo that I want to add to business A as a white-labeled "partner", that will be +$15. If I want to add Jo to business B, that will be another +$15. And yes as you have said, if agencies go over the 50 brands included (which FYI we launched with 25 and then doubled it) then additional brands come in at +$10/month per brand (if you buy 10 at a time). This applies to LTD and non-LTD users. The advantage of being LTD is you get those first 50 brands for life.

And I don't think you asked this but just to be clear, white-labeling settings (like cname and branding) gets applied once for the entire agency. Agencies can't choose different brands to have different white-labeling settings.

Hope this helps!
