Q: So ..

on Tier 3 .. I get white label .. which you have announced as completely free.. Except, I now have to pay $15 for each member to be able to manage their own account - which is currently part of the deal..$750 per month. But, if I went over 50.. I would be paying $30 per client per month to you which is not far off what you are charging individuals for the same package - which I would have to pay for in blocks of 10 .. year up front.. Your white label is not really free then .. is it?

A: We did release a public announcement stating that white-label review access will be included, but white-label edit (partner) access will be an add-on charged at $15/month. We did this to give our customers and prospective buyers ample time to make an informed decision about what tier to choose.

Agencies who choose not to opt-in to white-labeling (logo, c-name, colors) will have the ability to keep team members with whatever access they have at no additional charge.

So.. you seem to skip over this detail in your announcement .. but every client we have who can edit their own account, will immediately be deprecated to view only. To get back the very same privileges would equate to $9,000 per year. Correct? Can you also confirm that any new clients would therefore be $30 per month paid for upfront in batches of 10 for 12 month blocks. So I would have to pay you an additional $3600 if I go over my 50 accounts. Please confirm this also. We are up to $12,600 per year if I have 51-60 accounts. I must have the math wrong on this, please elaborate

Happy to answer this one and I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. It is certainly our intent to be as up-front and clear about everything as possible.
Going back to our announcement, whitelabeled edit-mode users are called "Partners" and are an additional $15 per month. You can choose who you want to be a Partner on a per user basis.
Importantly though, we are not removing any current functionality. You can keep your current team members with their edit access at no additional costs. I don't believe that we skipped over anything in our announcement. When white-label is released, no one will get "deprecated to view only". Nothing will change concerning your current team members on release. At the time of release, if you want to add "white-labeled" clients, you can add them to a business at your will. Whitelabeled reviewers can be added at no charge, and when it makes good business sense for you, you can add whitelabeled partners an additional $15/m each as specified in the announcement.
So to summarize, non-whitelabeled team members will have no change to how they operate. You can keep everything as is without paying any extra. When whitelabeling is released, you will have the option to add whitelabeled reviewers for free, or whitelabeled partners on a per-business level for an additional $15/m.
Hope that helps and happy to answer any additional questions or clarify further if needed!
