I love it and I'm excited to see how far it can go.
I love this tool, there's a huge potential for the future.
Most social network manager are designed for professional community managers: they use a complex vocabulary and are bloated with features. Marky is designed for a much wider audience. Everybody can use it in seconds.
What I like is that what is implemented works well. I love the philosophy that it autodetects as much as it can and the user is required very few input... but everything is configurable. Configure once and publish for ever.
For example, most social network manager, even when using AI, don't automatically generate posts. You need at least to type a prompt. So for each post, you need to think of what you want and spend at least some time to write about it. With Marky, you configure your Brand details once (or you let it configure it for you) then you enjoy an infinite stream of posts without any more input.
Idem for the publication planner, you decide once when you want to publish then everything in queue follows your schedule. You never have to think about it anymore.
I like the way the Brand is configured with the client description, pain points, etc. That I can configure my brand tone (or as always let it figure it out). Very well thought.
I like the workflow: generated posts, drafts, scheduled posts. I think it works very well. I would say I can exploit between 50% and 75% of what is generated and put that in draft. Then I would do a slight editing on about 30% of my drafts posts. In a very short time, I have a long list of posts scheduled.
I like that I can add my own posts (picture + text)
I like that I can add topics, turn them on/off when I need or add new topics from any article/website/etc.
As I work with a French and Spanish speaking community, I need the tool to work with those languages and it's perfect.
I also like that I can export all my posts ready to publish in .csv file. It's a first step to more automation (see my wishlist below)
However, for me there are a couple things to be fixed:
* I regularly have errors when posting to X. It says there are too many connections so I don't know if the problem is on X or Marky's site but the real problem is that I don't get notified about those errors. I need to go on the Post-published tab and check all post status to see there was an error. Then I can easily retry and it generally works well. I would like an auto-retry feature and in case of an error, some sort of notification: by mail or at least visible from any place in the interface as some manual action is required.
* working as an agency, the workflow of new Brand creation is a pain. As Marky currently works, you create a brand then as the owner, you can add team members (like clients). I want to let my client configure and manage their account so I would need to invite a client and have them arrive on the brand configuration page. Currently, I need to create a fake brand, invite my client then let them reconfigure the brand. It's a very bad user experience compared to what an individual customer can experience. I understand that the white-labeling could work more in the way I need but it will come to a higher cost per user and probably not before some time.
* on many templates, some texts on picture are two small and not visible enough
Then, I have a long wish list but I see that new features are added very often so I'm very excited for the future.
I will vote on the feature request pannel but I can already say I would like:
* FB/Instagram stories (+whatsapp/Telegram stories)
* automatisation tools like API and integration with Zapier/Make/etc for things like account/brand management, import/export of posts, etc.
* reels/videos
* Tinder-like interface to swap left and right to select posts
* in the idea of the white-labeling, add a "client/validator" role who can only see the posts in drafts or ready to publish, can accept the post or comment on what needs to be changed.
* Translations of the interface. Currently the texts in the interface could be translated by your browser but the configuration content (client description, topics, etc.) are always generated in English, even when the information comes from a French website and when I generate posts in French. The good thing is if I translate it myself, Marky can understand it without problem.
I already love this tool and I'm really excited to see how it can get even better in the future.
