Q: Can I increase the Advanced White Label limit and fully white-label the team interface?

Hi Josiah - loving the platform so far, especially the clean interface and content engine.

I'm currently on Tier 5 and we’re integrating Marky as part of our service offering to existing marketing clients. One of our goals is to streamline content approval and, for some clients, enable partial content creation under our agency's guidance.

I had two quick questions:

1. Advanced White Label Limit – Is there a way to increase the 25 Advanced White Label Business limit? Either now or in future updates? If so, would that be a one-time or subscription-based?

2. Internal Team Access Branding – Is there any plan to allow internal team members to also use the platform in a fully white-labeled view (i.e., removing "Marky Agency" from their interface too)?

I appreciate the updates and roadmap - keen to grow with the platform long-term.

1. Yes, you can increase the advance white label by subscribing to add-on white label for $34 per month, billed annually.

2. As of right now, team member should have Marky account but white label for team member is something that we consider to develop in the future. You may please upvote and leave some comments in the feature request on our roadmap.

Q: 300 Character Limit on Writing Samples

Under the writing samples, the limit is 300 characters long. This is below LinkedIn’s optimal engagement range for text posts, which is typically between 500–1,200 characters. Why the limit to 300 characters? Is it possible to increase this limit?

The writing sample is just a template on how your captions would look like. And the actual caption can exceed up to 3000 characters long. But please me reminded that each social has it's own character limit on post caption.

You can change the caption inside the edit page, please make sure to adjust the frame where the text is in so that you can properly adjust the font size based on your preference.
