Q: Client portals
Can my clients(brands) use the tool as I do? I am Currently tier 3.
Or is it just for me to create their content and for them to approve it?

Yeah, the agency should create the brand for the client, manage and generate contents. Then you clients can make comments, approved or deny post. However, if you upgrade to Advance White Label, you can add access to your clients, such as generate/edit posts, edit business profile etc.
