Q: For the white-label option, how do new clients sign up? What is the onboarding process?
Regarding the white-label option, how does the onboarding process work for new clients? Do they sign up through a custom-branded portal, or do we manually create their accounts? Can you please explain the steps involved, from the client’s perspective as well as from the admin's side?

Jun 9, 2025A: Hello Nicolae,
You can send the client invite under the Business tab then Client, once invited the system will automatically generates a sign up link for them, and sign up link will not be sent to your client email so you have to send it manually.
