Q: The product is interesting, but I have a few questions, and my two cents are from someone who bought 100+ ...
AppSumo products in the highest tier.
1) in the product description you stated "Running a social media agency? Marky lets you create and schedule social content for up to 50 clients." However, in the plan Tier 3 only allows 25 brands? What is it?
2) I am assuming that brands are "clients" that each can have multiple social media accounts?
3) "Integration with social media platforms for automated scheduling and posting" - what integrations do you offer?
And now, my two cents... the potential $15/brand/year is quite steep. Other similar AppSumo products offer unlimited brands on Tier 3 (or sometimes 100). I would suggest increasing the limit brand limit for Tier 3 (and attract more buyers) and offer extra brands as "packages." ie. Unlock 10 more brands for one in-app purchase of $10, 20 brands for $20, etc (not yearly). You will get extra revenue from AppSumo advocates...
I hope that helps!

May 15, 2024A: Unfortunately, AppSumo doesn't let us go from unlimited posts to limited posts which makes this decision harder. Nevertheless, I hear you! Please stay tuned for some updates coming later this week.
Hey Thank you for the review and tips!
1. I'm going to take note of this!
2. Yes!
3. Current integrations: Crisp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Zapier, and planning to add more.
Thanks for the suggestion and let me review this.
Josiah, on question 1, what is the correct version?
Hey so sorry for the wording issue. The confusion is this.... you *can* manage 50 clients (or really unlimited) through the dashboard but tier 3 includes in the price 25.
What if we dramatically increased the brands but put a limit on the posts generated (since those are what costs us major AI costs)?
This doesn't need to be a zero sum outcome, especially given the trust sumollings are giving investing on a recently created app. We always consider longevity of the company and bet on its continuity. Hence, limitations are hardly welcomed by appsumo backers that are betting on a product. My genuine suggestion (coming from the COO of an AI & Robotics company and with 30 years of business experience) would be to change the terms of your Tier 3 and attract more buyers and positive reviews. Subsequent returns to AppSumo (if any) can have more limitations in the future but now, you need clout. If you want to discuss this further on call, let me know. I am always willing to invest time for young entrepreneurs
Another alternative, would be to have the option to BYOK from OpenAI... that will significantly reduce your costs and increse limits for users...

Marky's potential for growth and revenue streams seems promising with this strategy. By increasing the number of brands while implementing limits on generated posts, there's a balanced approach to managing AI costs. This not only enhances the platform's appeal but also incentivizes agency owners to invest further, potentially leading to additional income streams. It's a smart move towards sustainability and profitability in the long run.
Yes, this is what i am looking for.
I think if you make this change, it's a win/win. If you're keeping the combined output limit the same, but increasing brands, I think more people will jump on board

Boom. 11 helpful replies to this comment. But more after in their comments. Whitelabel, increase brand option to add more. I’ll fullstaxk that soon as you decide and announce how you gonna handle.
Went in today. Nice, very nice. Affiliate program. I’m onboard that too. Let’s goooooo
Please increase the brands on all three tiers instead. Most social media scheduling tools on Appsumo offer more than this.
Yes, I think I will full stack if white leaves is included with Unlimited brands/ clients and with the possibility to restrict the posts. Perhaps even bring BYOK if the likit becomes reached.
Thanks.
40 brands without affecting AI limits would make it a best seller here.
TBH, I would just suggest bring down the cost of your Tier 3 with the current specs, and add a Tier 4 (unlimited brands/posts) at the current $399...
Yeah if you have unlimited brands I would full stack it in a heartbeat. Mind you I already have a social media management platform with unlimited everything, but I am still thinking to buy yours, the thing holding me back is the brand limit. And please consider BYOK too. I signed up for a trial and really love your product.
I gotta say, good on not being able to revert unlimited to limited.
I think it's the right offer, as long as you offer an option for additional accounts per profile added.
One competitor I recall, Vista Social, had additional profiles at 5/month, which in all seriousness is fair, for the cost of the servers, and it's gotten cheaper since then too, I just know you multiply and BAM, huge bill because of the amount of users. Make this sustainable, can't bend over backwards and break.
I think the thing that would most be important to me is like Ocoya, and Vista Social, you have some integrations for Canva and Vista Create that allow you to throw something together real quick inside your Saas. Now that's hawt, hehe.
The upper limit on profiles I feel could be better but again where it's a win-win. We are getting an LTD after all, so adjusting the amount of tiers and profiles would be nice(add another tier). As far as the cost, you can do your research within Appsumo, but you can see what worked for everyone.
Anyway, I think this is a solid product.
I'll probably be getting this in the next couple of hours, but really curious to see what you decide on your offers.
Much love from Houston!
My suggestion...
Add T4 with Unlimited Brands BUT as BYOK for $499. You can then include xx posts for free if needed.
I don't really care about the free token usage. IMO it's an unnecessary money drain for your company.
Then create a REST API for the Agency plan as soon as humanly possible.
That 👆 Would be sooo awesome.
There is literally no SoMe agency platform that has a good simple API.
We do all our content work in other software. But we need a platform to handle post approval + scheduling & posting in a multi tenant way (Agency account).
Unfortunately, unlimited brands just doesn't quite work with us having to shoulder the costs per post generated. We are looking into implementing a BYOK option, and while we haven't talked details about what that might look like in terms of pricing, I'm sure we could provide a significant discount for users who choose this option. Can't give a good timeline for this yet, but I hear you and will release an update when we have more information on this.
