excellent customer support process
i love how their system automatically allows you to take a screen shot of an error and auto send it to tech support who then follows up. i am still learning the system, but in comparison to other post creation/scheduling apps i have used in the past, this one is much faster to set up and i love how it can digest your existing online content to train the AI.
