White Label? Well, It Depends...
I'm noticing a sneaky new trend with SAAS, saying their app is white-label to get the sale, but it's not really. You have to pay extra for the "real" white-label product. It's like you gotta get burned a few times by this new catch in order to protect yourself from it in the future. I didn't even know that "White Label" and "Advanced White Label" was a thing. And so, I will never use Marky for my client work (because they are slimy and I'm not giving them another penny). Buyer Beware - and watch out for this new trick from other SAAS providers. I think it's becoming the new normal.

Thank you for sharing your honest thoughts—we truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know how you feel.
First and foremost, we're really sorry to hear that your experience with Marky didn’t match your expectations, especially around white-labeling. That was never our intention, and we completely understand how frustrating it can be to feel misled.
I believe we include the Standard and Advance White Label on the pricing tab. but we're currently revisiting how we present our white-label options to ensure there's no confusion between what's included and what's considered advanced or add-on functionality. Your feedback helps push us in the right direction, and we take it seriously.
We respect your decision and truly hope you find a solution that fits your client needs. And if you ever choose to give us another look down the line.
