A: The power of the product is in creating subscriptions and driving off-purchases. There are going to be 3 type of free users -

1. Prospects - How can sign in and create profile but then are not going to be connected to the plans/subscriptions.
2. One-off buyers - So if someone buys something this month and then nothing a month after etc. They will still have login id/pass but no connected plans.
3. Free plans - You can create a free plan $0 for promotion to drive them to paid subs. These type of users are still going to be counted since they are actively consuming content.

#1 and #2 are not going to be counted towards the limits.

#3 will still be counted towards the limits as they are under a plan/subscription.

1) So as a school teacher if I want to use with my school students, no fees whatsoever, will one code suffice for me irrespective of whether it is 100 students or 1000 students?

2) have you already done a comparison with Acadle? I got that recently and wondering whether to make the tedious process of switching!!

Thanks and best wishes

1) Yes, that is correct no limit on teachers.

2) I have not used it personally but I do not think there are options to sell live classes, shop/product and appointments with Acadle. I do not think there is the robust marketing with email and SMS built in there. It is more of a traditional LMS. But that is with my very limited knowledge of the product.
