2. If I choose the Multiple plan, with 100 site licenses, will I only have 1 application or will I be entitled to 100 applications?
3. Do I need a flutter developer to build the app? or do you already offer a ready-made solution for us to put online in stores?

Thank you for the interest,
1. By default, the LMS plugins are in English. However, the plugins are ready for translations. You can change your site's main language under the WordPress dashboard -> settings -> general -> site language section. It is recommended to use the Loco Translate plugin in order to properly set translations on the site, via this plugin you can properly organize translations of static strings of the LMS plugins. So, you can make your site in any language.
2. The multiple plan includes only one mobile app in the package by default
3. The App is in the Flutter platform. It is recommended to have a Flutter developer properly build the Mobile App. Also, we have documentation to build the App
