1. Yes, this deal comes with ALL Pro addons (each of the plans) which you can see here and on the MasterStudy LMS plugin website.
2. No, the app works with plugin and theme equally.
3. It's free. In other words, you will pay only once here and you will get the app lifetime. Generally, app will be sold one-time only. No extra fees.
4. Yes, you can download and view the demo (just type Masterstudy in the search field) in AppStore or Google Play. There you can play with frontend, and create user-account, etc. But for backend you will need to purchase the app itself.
