and only those paid courses for a student for which she has already paid through the web version of LMS .
So , in short , web will display free as well as paid courses but app will show free and enrolled paid courses for a student . Is this scenario possible to attain ?

It is possible, while it will depend directly on the Mobile App building stage. The Mobile App developer of the App should configure from the API, it needs to make some changes in the App default building stages to achieve the needed result and display only free courses in the App version
