To answer your question, each AI-powered action in mavic takes up credits. You can identify these as the pink buttons within mavic.

All brand recommendations and content generation take up 1 AI credit each.
All ideas and chat messages take up 2 AI credits. If an image is attached to the chat, it consumes an additional credit.

So with 150 AI credits, you can:

1. Generate 150 content or brand recommendations within mavic
2. Generate 75 ideas from mavic - eg. conduct thorough research on a topic and then generate ideas
3. Have 75 general chat conversations with mavic - eg. ask about trends, competitor research, any marketing tasks you require

There are also features within mavic that do not incur any credits, such as post scheduling, post publishing and analytics.
