Q: Hard pass!

Someone asked “how come this is not a Select offer?”. I think I figured why!

How could a company that is backed by angels (investors) has not define a plan to monetize its LTD users?

When buyers ask for the cost of additional credits or additional workspaces, they are essentially screaming: ‘Monetize Me, Take My Money!’.
How is it possible that the company is unable to provide answers to these questions?

Unfortunately. I need to question the business acumen of its leaders, and therefore the long-term strategy of this company.

For as good the service is (based solely on the reviews), the offers is essentially asking for a blank check…”sign up now, you may not scale because we fail to provision for this, and if eventually we figure it out, we will surprise you with the ‘top up’ fees!”.

Not for me! Thanks!

A: Hi there, thanks for your comment here. We really appreciate this and I personally think that this is a great problem to have.

When we started mavic, we saw it as an easy way for non-marketers and small teams to start marketing. We didn't expect that our community will need more brands and more credits from us. In the last few months since we've launched, our priority has been building the features that Sumo-lings will love, which could become the marketing product of the future!

That said, we hear you loud and clear, so give us a little more time, the announcement for credits/ brands add-on will come much sooner than you think. :)
