Q: Why Mavic dont consider my brand writing style ?

I've followed the onboarding and did everything right way.

However Mavic dont consider that my company is a one person, it means that i dont want to talk with a corporate fancy & salesy tone.... I've tried many thing , the output are poor.

Big potential here but I feel that owners are not specialized in Product :) (UX/UI basics , value of the product versus user journey is a bit not coherent)

So here my question : How to force Mavic to write like me ? (i have post exemple, and guideline of my copywriting)

Thanks

A: Hi there, thanks for sharing your feedback and observations!

We currently have not designed mavic to support individual profiles yet, and so most of the suggestions and content are tailored towards a product or service brand, instead of an individual person.

That said, I'm really keen to understand more about your use case! In addition, I'd love to get more feedback from you on what you mean by UX/UI basics and value of product versus user journey. Would you kindly write in to hello@mavic.ai so that we could get on a 20 minutes call to discuss more? Looking forward to hearing back!

Hi Jess you'll receive an email soon. I'm a freelancer and i have clear services so I consider myself as a company however I cant and I dont want to write like a big corporation because this is not who I am. I would love to see Mavic including Individual s/ Freelancers

I completely agree. I have writing samples that I’d like to upload similar to how I can in Chat Gpt and others. The writing style doesn’t nail mine at all. I’d have to spend so much time tweaking, I might as well stick with chat gpt. Also, I’d love to be able to upload YouTube links, transcripts, posts etc, and have mavic create posts based on those. Is this not possible?
