Q: These are really some enthusiastic reviews.
But I think 250 bucks for an unlimited lifetime is a bit much to start with!
Some page builders (including many different templates etc.) have started with a lower price.
Can anyone explain to me, who has only looked at Wordpress from the outside so far but wants to start using it, why it is (already) so good and justifies the initial price (not even taking Black Friday deals into account) compared to established or more established "lifetime builders" such as Spectra, Kadence, Divi, Bricks, GenerateBlocks, Greenshift, Plus Blocks, Stackable or Blocksy?

May 14, 2024A: Hi Mister-T thanks for the comment.
What makes MaxiBlocks different?
# Style cards
None of the others you mention have anything that gives such deep integration with changing 35 different elements with a one card including light and dark tone variants and 100 design styles - all free.
Style cards have a ton of customisable settings in each card. To see the options you need to first choose a card then click "customise" and give a it new name. Now you can customise it. You can also export and import your custom cards in the same ui.
See screenshots: https://i.imgur.com/8ZiXO23.jpeg . A question for you: After you had a look at the custom options in style cards let us know if you are still missing something.
# Comparatively small yet powerful set of custom foundation blocks
Why to we have less blocks than other block libraries? We don't need more blocks to make complex design patterns. Our foundation blocks have way more functionality built in to each block. Just look at our pattern library. It's massive", and we are just getting started. Why build and support 80 different block types when 20 foundation blocks can build everything you need? Less foundation blocks are easier to maintain and easier to learn.
Other block libraries have so many extra blocks because they need to sell them to you. We don't have feature-limited blocks, just to up-sell you the âfull-versionâ. Maxi gives all foundation blocks and features for free, where others charge for it (IE: they lock you in with features).
# Our business model is different.
The MaxiBlocks builder, plugin, custom blocks and upcoming MaxiBlocks theme, is entirely free â our revenue comes from selling Pro templates that save you time.

Not sure I agree with you...
https://wpspectra.com/pricing/ 1000 sites lifetime = $899
https://www.kadencewp.com/pricing/ lifetime bundle = $799
https://wpstackable.com/premium/ lifetime = $499
https://greenshiftwp.com/pricing/ unlimited â $399.99
I think you will be hard pressed to find a better deal than ours.
Besides you are buying what we will become and if you follow the enthusiastic reviews - I think they speak for themselves.
Best wishes
Christiaan
Thank you for your answer!
That sounds good with the flexible blocks!
I've always disliked having to rummage through countless templates or blocks until I've found something suitable.
I'll take a closer look at your solution...
Well, with the prices, you only picked the ones that are more expensive now. It's also not a Black Friday price (which is more of a comparable value to your temporary deal). And above all, these are the prices that the providers have NOW (AFTER they have already developed and established themselves strongly). In the beginning (I seem to remember, when I looked at them from time to time), they were all significantly lower (even below 250$). If I have seen this correctly, you are still in your first year of development, right?
However! It seems to be a good approach and I wish you a very good, price-conscious and above all sustainable development...
Hm, okay! I now understand your approach better. Page Builder is and will remain free and your business is based more on a large block and template library.
Your style card approach for global customization of multiple aspects is great, but otherwise you're more about sifting through many many block designs and templates (at least if you want to use Pro and this deal for that).
Personally, I find it better if you can really customize all the necessary basic blocks quickly, easily, but also extensively (visually as well as functionally) if necessary, instead of having to fight your way through many different design blocks.
But the fact that you make this page builder with the global style card function freely available to all of us on a Gutenberg basis is really great! Thanks for that!!!
