Where were you last week?
Just bought the plugin, as I was in refurbishing mode for one of my websites, and decided to focus on Gutenberg instead of bloated builders to emphasize on speed.
Frankly, I've looked everywhere, bought a few options which are not bad, but nothing comes close to what you did here.
I am a developer, but I like WordPress too, and frankly, after all the tests I've done in the last week, I am impressed.
One question thought: have you created any blank template especially for Maxi Blocks to start as base?

Once MaxiBlocks plugin is installed on your WordPress site you should see a full-width-template.php called "Maxi full width template" in the page templates drop down selector in the right-sidebar of the editing experience. This will give a full width in the body content, while the header and footer still comes from the theme.
The MaxiBlocks Theme is already in progress (coming soon) which will make this much easier to manage.
