Once visitors provide their answers, where will the data go? Will it be emailed to me, or used only for reverse lookup?

Can you reach out to us over our support so we can better understand what exactly you're trying to do here?

I have tried to integrate Slack for chat support, but it's not working, and slack is saying this apps is not supported by Slack.
