Can your chatbot be customized to collect emails, phone numbers, names, and handle multiple-choice questions?

Once visitors provide their answers, where will the data go? Will it be emailed to me, or used only for reverse lookup?

Instead of having the chatbot collect emails, can I send email addresses via webhook for your app to look up details?

If visitor details are found, can you automatically pass the information to me through an integration? I’d like to use it in a workflow without needing to log into the app.

The chatbot does not have the capability to do multi-choice questions currently, but its part of our roadmap.

Where does the collected data go?
The collected data can be sent anywhere using webhooks. You can also leverage our native integrations with tools like Slack, Smartlead, Instantly, and others to push the data seamlessly into your existing workflows.

Can I send email addresses via webhook for reverse lookup?
While you can pass collected data to your preferred tools through webhooks, you can’t run independent email queries directly on the platform. However, our chatbot automatically collects emails and performs reverse lookups for enriched details.

Can found visitor details be passed automatically through integrations?
Absolutely! Once visitor details are identified, we can automatically push the enriched data into your CRM, marketing tools, or any other platform via webhooks or integrations—so you won’t need to log in manually.
