Q: Slack Connections not works
I have tried to integrate Slack for chat support, but it's not working, and slack is saying this apps is not supported by Slack.

Hello_KamrulAlright, I understand. However, for the visitors, I see that it only displays analytics regarding user traffic. Besides that, I can't find any information on the visitors' dashboard, such as their names or email addresses. Do you have any additional insights on this?
