I use a few social media posting apps. None of them can do what Maybe tech can. I do wish that it was possible to watch hashtags in another language since the english ones are useless for my business. The feature to compare against other accounts, watch statistics, and see on the dashboard mentions/ comments is really valuable. I do like how you can actually see how your posts are doing easily in detail and keep up with anything people are saying. I will be keeping it for sure. Great tool for improving social media presenc.
Maybe it was a bit more convoluted than it needed to be, and the UI was not great. Felt like it could have been done a lot simpler. Go to this tab to do x, then this tab for y, when so much of the UI could have been tighter. Here's a free tip, I highly recommend they consider using widgets for the UI, so user can implement their own view, and slice it how they want as a data aggregate tool which is basically what this is (IMO). This is what I mean:
- I want to be able to view different posts and "all" data, it seemed like that's intuitive took so much time - Also some local places it defaulted to in filters I could not get it to reset :-( - The date ranges appeared to default to 2020, you can't manually enter to so you literally have to keep tapping mouse going thru 24 months forwarding the calendar to the current year
I think it has a lot of potential if they do a better UI that's simpler and easier to read as a holistic dashboard. Also, give some color options instead of teal blue contrast was harder to read, things like that.
I never understood the location part even though they said it used Google Business, it should be more clear that it's for local stores only. So many businesses are no brick and mortar and so it should have a wider net for remote businesses.
I would consider the product if it was revamped but the data I got I can just go in for free to the respective channels and it would have been much simpler.

Im sorry to hear that Maybe* was not for you - we are always looking to improve the UX. Our team are reviewing your feedback and the points you made. They are valued.
We focus on helping businesses get better business results from social media, we do that by listening to our users feedback. Our aim is to help not frustrate, thank you again.
Highly recommend this! Loving how much you can do in Maybe. Simple to set up and connect my social feeds - I have easily been able to engage across Insta, FB and Twitter, plus schedule my content onto these too. Really feels like a one stop shop! The live help and articles have been really useful too - I've asked a couple of questions and got quick responses, and there is loads of advice and guidance about social.
Maybe* is a platform that monitors your social media posts. It does this really well with super clear information showing how well different posts perform on a range of metrics. The really clever bit, though, is that Maybe* enables you to compare your performance with other businesses in your area or sector, learning from what works for them how to do better. I started with few different business in my own sector, and it was immediately obvious which bits of their social strategy I should be learning from - and what I should avoid!
On number of short sessions can see the potential in this must have tool, there is certainly room for improvement starting with Performance as it is not as fast as other SaaS tested to date, additional social media/sources such as LInkedIn and YouTube somewhat a priority.
The UX/UI is good, number of areas could be made easier to follow which hopefully will be done so as it matures over time.
Do hope Maybe* team would consider raising and grandfathering the competitor allowance (i.e. for a Lifetime Deal 8 competitor for Tier 3 seems rather low, would like to see the competitors allowance doubled as the feedback from the LTD community can be very useful and as majority are technically minded and have tested similar products before)
Lastly if there is not a Facebook private community group; would like to see one for better open collaboration.
