It wasn't for us
Maybe it was a bit more convoluted than it needed to be, and the UI was not great. Felt like it could have been done a lot simpler. Go to this tab to do x, then this tab for y, when so much of the UI could have been tighter. Here's a free tip, I highly recommend they consider using widgets for the UI, so user can implement their own view, and slice it how they want as a data aggregate tool which is basically what this is (IMO). This is what I mean:
- I want to be able to view different posts and "all" data, it seemed like that's intuitive took so much time
- Also some local places it defaulted to in filters I could not get it to reset :-(
- The date ranges appeared to default to 2020, you can't manually enter to so you literally have to keep tapping mouse going thru 24 months forwarding the calendar to the current year
I think it has a lot of potential if they do a better UI that's simpler and easier to read as a holistic dashboard. Also, give some color options instead of teal blue contrast was harder to read, things like that.
I never understood the location part even though they said it used Google Business, it should be more clear that it's for local stores only. So many businesses are no brick and mortar and so it should have a wider net for remote businesses.
I would consider the product if it was revamped but the data I got I can just go in for free to the respective channels and it would have been much simpler.
