Q: Data extracting from a pdf (invoice)
Hi, can your tool extract data from a PDF invoice and is it possible to train it for a individual supplier invoice content - e.g. invoice contains more products sometimes identified by a name, sometimes by ID?
I need to identify all the products on the invoice, extract product prices, compare it with the product price in our CRM and based on a result execute an action.
The invoices from one supplier have standard content, but may differ among suppliers.

I haven't explicitly tested on different types of invoices myself. But you should be able to achieve this by creating different AI agents that is trained on different styles of invoices.

Hi there - sorry if the answers were not clear. We definitely support information extraction from unstructured data - i.e PDF, Word. You can create data intelligence agent to do that.
