Hi, could you advise if this use case can be implemented?
My worker need to use voice input to record what customer purchased, so the agent mainly act as an assistant to record data and type it in different fields or columns according date time, customers, products, amount etc. (if it can be monday.com or just can be Google Sheet? )

I think it's possible by using combination of apps such as AssemblyAI(speech to text), Mazaal AI custom Agent and finally either monday or Gsheets to write result into.
Note that you need AssemblyAI api key.
Not possible include that AssemblyAI in the deal 4 tier? or any other speech to text and text to speech alternative as part of the deal....

You can integrate AssemblyAI with your own API key. Currently, our AI credits do not cover AssemblyAI, but you can still use it by setting up your own account and API key.
