A: Hello. Actually, you can train AI Agents. You are able to train agents using various sources like:
- Documents & files (PDF, Word, etc.)
- Plain text
- Website URLs (with scraping)
When you upload or connect these sources, the knowledge is stored in the Knowledge Base, which acts as the "brain" for your agent. You can even reuse the same knowledge across multiple agents.

So don’t worry—training is absolutely supported
