After a month of testing, MDirector gradually became my go-to email marketing tool!
At first, I encountered communication issues with their support team. But it turned out that it was NOT their fault but my ESP's.
After establishing a connection with their support team, everything went smooth. I was able to quickly set-up my custom sending and tracking domain and sent bulk emails.
The platform is fairly easy to use and understand, but the UI/UX can still be improved to look and feel more current and updated.
The editor can be tricky to use and I encountered a bug where the screen would freeze and I would need to do a refresh. And sometimes after a refresh, my work would disappear and I need to start over again. This only happened a few times and I'm sure they will fix this soon.
And for the most important part - deliverability and open rates! Compared to the other email marketing platforms that we tested, MDirector gave us the highest open rates!
We also successfully tested Transactional Emails, but we were not able to try the Landing Page and SMS features yet as we do not need them at this time.
So, why did I give 5 tacos?
Unlimited contacts + generous monthly sending limits + good email delivery and open rates + reliable support!
An LTD with the above features and at this price is a no-brainer! Grab this before it's gone! :)

I am absolutely impressed with MDirector's email marketing tools. The detailed analytics provide invaluable information about campaign performance, allowing me to make data-driven decisions. I can easily compare different versions of my emails to see what resonates best with my audience. Your time is precious. Share my few days of tier 3 experience.
Service first I am unhappy with their service. The reason is that they don't help while they're empowered. For dns modification to be completed, other services allow the user to decide. However, in mdirector, when approval is completed. Modified the sender or made the landing page domain available. I've asked them countless times after dns modification but I'm only active on apsumo and don't send emails. And They are going home.
Second, interface
If you look at their interface, you will experience Windows 95. It's uncomfortable and slow, it's very underperforming compared to the recent droog-and-drop method, and the finished mail is not pretty. The number of templates is also very small.
Third, my letter is a spam box
The important thing in email marketing is that my email doesn't go to the spam box. But my mail goes straight to the spam box. I've used a lot of email marketing, but this one lets me move to the awesome spam box.
It's not about getting off work. You should be business partners.
Other places offer 24-hour service. If there is a problem, it will help me with my business. But you don't care about my problems. Just tell me to resend my email because it hasn't arrived.
Why don't you guys take my questions when other services take questions by email? Why doesn't the service run QnA bulletins as a ticket instead of emails?
I've been doing email marketing for years, but service, spam, DNS permissions, etc. I've never seen a place like this before.

They are cheap. That's the only advantage.

There's not even a save button.
Automatic save? Must be. Nope. Try again, Nope. I know, record a LOOM video of that and a few more issues and send to creator so they see exactly what the issue is and get right on a fix. I'm happy to help, after all we're on Appsumo, these are early stage iterations of the product, bugs are normal and helping each other and helping the creator get a build that is fit for the overall (monthly paying) market, right? That, to me, is part of the deal. OK, Loom sent. Loom watched. Reply from creator...Zero Now I HATE to leave a bad review, especially when it seems Im the first reviewer. But heres the thing; The (automated) email I DID get this morning thanked me for being a user being a user for a month. I quote from the first line of the email... "It's been one month since you chose MDirector as your email marketing platform, and we hope to live up to it"
Well, Ive been a user for about three days.Actually, technically, Ive been a user for about 15 minutes, tops. That's because, when I use a product that does not pass the first test ( when the edit button on the editor doesn't edit, not a good sign, right?), then why move forward and waste more of my day when it's likely there will be more reasons to stop, try and figure it out, then create a LOOM to help, that gets watched, but ignored. I'm busty, I want products that work.
So my experience, and I was clear on this to the creator in my email, was not good. I expected a response, none. Then I get an email thanking me for being a user for a month. They are not doing it right and they are expecting ME to leave a review. Well guys, there's the review. I hope you'll take away a few things from it, so that when you're product is not behaving and when your client takes the time to help you out by recording and sending the issues, you appreciate the effort and act accordingly.
