Q: Measuremate can survive?
What is your strategy to ensure Measuremate can survive?
Because previously, Tag Mate (which was also sold here) had to shut down.

That's a great question, and I had some questions from previous Tagmate users. I feel sorry that the holding company of Tagmate shutdown the product due to financial crunch.
Our strategy is a mix of few pointers,
(1) Small team (we don't expand our team unless we have sustainable revenue streams, curently we are less than 5 people, while Tagmate was around 25)
(2) Additional Revenue Streams : White Labelled Product, Measuremate-managed Server-side Tracking & Consent Mode (Under development), Measuremate AI + GA4 Custom Setups for agencies help us generate a steady revenue. [For each of these features, we've a Bring Your Own Key or Bring Your Own Server Approach so AppSumo users can use them with their current plan, for AI version of the product, we'll provide set of one-time credits for AppSumo users)
(3) Marketplace Model: Measuremate taps into marketplaces like Shopify, WooCommerce, Chrome, Google Workspace, Figma for acquiring new customers apart from AppSumo. This makes our customer acquisition cost negative, and we get to help more clients.
While only time can tell, how things go. So far I'm very confident on the progress we are making. Definitely, launching it as a lifetime deal hurts the business in the long run, but I do appreciate customers who have showcased support by providing feedback, upgrading to White Labelled version or Buying managed-services from us, which keeps us going.
