Measuremate does not support WhatsApp enquiry tracking yet.

Having said that let me share more information here - as this type of tracking requires usage of WhatsApp Cloud API to receive callbacks when user sends a specific message to the business account. On receiving of the message callback, we need to send a Measurement Protocol hit to your Google Analytics 4 account from your server.
