Thanks for sharing this — and it is frustrating, and I see where the onboarding is breaking for you.

Right now, the product is designed assuming you already have a GA4 property setup, since most of the automation relies having your GA4, GTM credentials. Without that, the tool won’t be very useful which is why the onboarding feels blocking.

That said, you’re absolutely right: forcing this flow creates a poor first experience. We’re already reworking this in our revamped version of the product, so:

- Existing GA4 accounts are detected and connected more smoothly
- You can create new GA4 account, property & streams during onboarding as needed.
- You can altogether skip onboarding if you want to explore the tool in itself.
