Q: According to Q&A, I know: With 1 code, I can have 5 concurrent agents.
And they can support unlimited websites which installed Median code.
An agent can even support more than one user at the same time as long as he opens the second and 3rd screen on different tabs/windows. But basically the best experience is 1-to-1 support, I think.

1. Can the admin restrict:
Agent A can only support Website A and Agent B can only support Website B?
2. While an agent is controlling a tab (website C), he clicks a link that opens a new tab for website D (the same Median code is installed, too.), what will happen? Can the agent switch between the tabs of website C and D? Or he needs to ask the client to do it?

2. If Median is installed on both sites, Median will seamlessly follow the user as they navigate between pages and sites.
