- Little confused how this works. Does the customer have to add this to there website or does it connect automatically during a chat session from my website?
- If only it could do this on a tab without the js installed inside the website in that tab! What about a Chrome extension? Surely this would work for other tabs????? I would buy this in a heartbeat if it could.
