Hey Richard, I am glad you asked. We have been working on a video product for the last 8 months and it should be live in the next 60 days. It allows for full video and audio while cobrowsing. \u000a\u000aRichard, YES, a screen share can be started via a link sent to the client, here is an example of that (https://www.median.video/?ref\u003DRichardP). Unfortunately we do not have a feature that will notify support agents at the moment.\u000a\u000aBUT we do this today via DRIFT on HelloMedian.com. We have a \u0022show me\u0022 button that triggers an alert in our chat tool that will kick off a session. \u000a\u000aI hope this was helpful. Let me know if you have any other questions.
