1- Can we hear a doorbell sound (alert) each time someone visits the website?
I love this idea and it is on our roadmap. In fact, internally we have a door bell noise but it is from our chat provider which is why we never built our own door bell.
2- Is it possible to change the visitor ID to something short and simple to identify the visitor? Yes, we have an identify API that can be found here (https://developer.hellomedian.com/#identifying-visitors) It requires 1 line of code and we can pull user names into Median.
