I don't usually take time to leave reviews, and I buy a lot of deals through Appsumo, but this tool is a standout innovation, and kinda blowing my mind.

First, as soon as I purchased I had questions and within a few minutes I had the founder (Spencer) pop up right on the Median site to provide answers and guidance to my questions. I explained what I'm trying to do (install Median to work inside a Circle membership site) which is stretching the use case into new territory he admitted. But he gave me some guidance on where and how to load their code and just recommended that I try it. Literally two minutes later the whole thing was working seamlessly as intended. As soon as anyone logs into my site I have the opportunity to jump in and help them if they need support. You can use your cursor, drawing tool, or highlighting tool to point them in the right direction or even take over their screen with their permission and show them the ropes. I think this will be a game-changer for onboarding users to my membership site. I don't know how they could improve this product from here, but given how innovative it is I'll bet they'll come up with something. Super glad to have this lifetime deal and happy to drive more folks their way hopefully with this review.
